ECR Direct Roving

ECR489L is one kind of direct roving made of standard ECR glass, and mainly used for filament winding process. ECR489L is designed for composites with stable and max penetrability.

Features:
1. Stable winding density;
2. Good abrasion resistance, less hairiness and no impregnating compound trail on the joint points;
3. No overhangs;
4. Low consumption of resin;
5. Good extractability.

High sheet characteristics:
1. ECR-10 maintains High sheet mechanical property and strength under wet conditions;
2. Mechanical property of Polyester resin and Vinyl Ester Resins is equal or better to E-Glass;
3. Excellent hydrolysis resistance.

Corrosion resistance:
1. ECR products offer better hydrolysis resistance and corrosion resistance than E-glass;
2. ECR products supply more to sewage GRP and chemical resistant applications;
3. ECR maintains a better strength during working period.
